application, code of conduct form and confidentiality policy form!
Either download the PDFs here or stop by the youth center to pick them
up.
2. Mail them

Our Volunteer Coordinator will call you back with more info and schedule an interview. Training in UAY policies will be available
before volunteering begins.
Youth volunteers are very
important to UAY.
