Providing housing for homeless young families
 
Teaching critical independent living and self-sufficiency skills.


Participants of the Transitional Living Program meet individually with a program advocate weekly to develop the skills to successfully live independently.  Participants are guided through a process of setting and achieving self-sufficiency goals.  Participants are required to be employed or enrolled in an educational program.  Substance abuse and mental health evaluations and treatments are available.

Participants must be 16 - 21 years of age to qualify for TLP.  Outreach and subsized housing assistance are available.
