Community Youth Leadership Program

The Community Youth Leadership Program is a nine-month hands-on program for high school juniors, rooted in community leadership and service. 

All Johnson County high school students who will be in their Junior Year during the 2011-2012 school year are eligible to apply. More info

Youth Facilitative Leadership (YFL)

Facilitative Leadership is centered in the belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It is a process of letting go of individual control and heading towards the goals the group wants, keeping the dialogue moving and mobilizing group action. More info
