Here are some examples of questoins in the "Conversation Starters For Busy Families" sheet:

• Does your life feel too busy? Why?
• What is something you would like to do this year?
• What’s the best or worst thing about being your age?
• What is the toughest thing about being a kid/grown-up/parent?
• My dream job/career is…? Why?
• How do you know you can trust another person?

These are great conversation-starters for people of any age. Pick out a few question to ask the next time you're in the car with or eating a meal with your teen.
